Acne Scar Treatment

A scar is the mark left on the skin by a healed cut, sore or burn. Scars are generally of two types: deep pitted scars, such as ice-pick scars and raised thickened skin such as keloid. These wounds may include acne marks, organizational skirmishes, injuries, or chickenpox.

Manya is exceptional in treating the scar issues.

We have a wide range of treatments customized based on the skin and texture.

Types of Scars

Acne Scars - Acne scars are referred to as the marks left behind on the skin after acne. Such cells are strongly pitched and appear flat or wavelike.

Keloid Scars - This scar develops due to an aggressive process of healing. There are scars raised beyond the original injury.

Contracture Scars - These scars have been formed after burning. Such scars compress the skin and can affect mobility. The muscle and other deep tissue can penetrate as well.

Hypertrophic scars – Scars similar to keloids that are elevated, but which go beyond the original limits of the injury.

How does it work?

LASER penetrates the skin's dermis layer and helps to restructure the collagen. Collagen is the skin building block and thus helps to make the skin look more natural.Dermabrasion and dermatic rollers promote re-growth of tissues and aid reshaping scars.

With keloid or hypertrophic scars, steroid injections may be given to reduce the appearance of keloids or scars. Fill-injections can elevate deep pitted scars.
